The ArtsPhilosophy
Following our commitment to provide the highest quality of education, the Arts are a critical component of our curriculum at Linden Hill. The program, encompassing the multifaceted visual arts, woodshop, as well as performing arts and creative writing, is as diverse and rich as our learners. Taught in an interdisciplinary fashion, we encourage our students to make connections across various subjects and also into real-life applications. Art encompasses our world and we strive to help our students recognize and navigate its forms of expression whether it is a new song, music video, graphic advertisement, traditional poem or photograph. By gaining another mode of expression, our students learn another language of communication.

In the classroom, it is amazing to watch students inspire each other. They become artists who share ideas, collaborate on projects, and observe the work that is being produced around them. The boys directly experience the different creative approaches from a single assignment and can imagine the enormous potential for self-expression.
