Small boarding schools provide a nurturing and supportive growing-up environment that families of younger students generally look for in their search process. However, there are challenges to size and one that Linden Hill is often faced with is the ability to offer expanded curriculum's both in and out of school, that a larger school generally can offer.
Friday night Lynx clubs is a positive and creative way to offer our boys more at LHS by creating fun and exciting clubs. Every Friday after dinner the boys participate in elective activities. Clubs rotate every five (5) weeks and provide opportunity for the boys to find new interests and possibly new friendships through this experience. The first clubs are: RC Cars Rocketry Woodworking Lego Building Throughout the year, more choice will be offered to the boys. Such as photography, cooking, stained glass, school paper, comic making, movie making, play set building, rock climb, fishing, camping, and metal work |
