Life Income Gifts

A life income gift allows a donor to transfer assets over to Linden Hill while continuing to receive income from the cash, stock or other property contributed. You may include a bequest to the school in your estate plan. Please consider including Linden Hill in your estate plan and Leave a Legacy to Linden Hill!

Major Gifts

To further the mission and the goals of Linden Hill, the school is seeking meaningful gift commitments during the period that commemorates the school’s 50th Anniversary. There are a number of ways to finance current and long-term projects and programs at Linden Hill:

  • Unrestricted gifts – fund current fiscal year priorities (faculty salaries and other expenses)
  • Restricted gifts – fund donor specified areas of interest
  • Capital gifts – fund specific projects, such as a building or infrastructure improvement
  • Programmatic gifts – fund ongoing programs that support the mission of Linden Hill
  • Gifts for Endowment – invest and preserve the principal amount of the gift, with only the interest being used to fund the needs of the school and the intentions of the donor

All gifts to Linden Hill’s 50th Anniversary Campaign can be made over the next 18 months.

*Linden Hill School will formally acknowledge all gifts for IRS purposes. The School will not, however, advise a donor on any tax questions surrounding the gift or claiming the gift for tax purposes.
